Below are all known scenarios published for the Call of Cthulhu roleplaying game (or クトゥルフの呼び声,クトゥルフ神話TRPG,新クトゥルフ神話TRPG) in the Japanese language. Scenarios labeled "Creation" (rather than "Translation") first appeared in Japanese-language sources and may not have equivalents in English-language supplements. Also, of course, if Era's description of modern is not specifically mentioned, it will refer to the time period in which the scenario was released.
Editors should add any overlooked scenarios. In addition, the scenarios published in the following supplements need to be added:
