In 1993, Chaosium began publishing a line of non-game books (mostly Fiction but also Non-Fiction, such as The Book of Dzyan). Their first two such books were related to other of their game products, King of Sartar (product #4500) and Castle of Eyes (product #6000). But they next began a line of "Call of Cthulhu® Fiction".
