This is basically a clone of Evil Dead (1981 franchise), with all the (barely) "Lovecraftian" serial numbers from that series filed off, and a lot of extra nudity and sex scenes added in....

Synopsis
Spoiler Section (Highlight to Read)
A group of college students is hired on the cheap by greedy real estate dealer Carl Stevens to clean an isolated house. As the group -- Tyler, his girlfriend, Dana, his adopted brother, Iggy, and their friends -- begins working, a book turns up containing strange incantations. Iggy reads the spells aloud, which unleashes a murderous she-demon who has been lying in wait for almost a century.
