Synopsis

The Investigators are contacted by Christopher Van Horn, an inmate at Arkham Sanitarium, either directly or through the auspices of one of his relatives. He wishes for the Investigators to find proof that the events that led to his incarceration were real, as he wishes to keep his greedier relatives from changing his will in their favor. The strange events in question were caused by ghouls attracted to three Mythos artifacts sent to him from the Middle East, one of which, a medallion is still in Van Horn's possession, the Investigators must work quickly to prevent tragedy.
