This article has a nice start, but could stand to be reformatted into a template, and use some illustrations, quotes, keeper notes, etc. For the "heresies" etc., I've always pictured these "hounds" as looking nothing at all like their Earthly namesakes, potentially being instead a destructive property of physics in some way, for example.
