"Chatoka" otherwise seems to be a very obscure Cthulhu Nation monster with little or no backgrond in Lovecraftian fiction or the highly influential Call of Cthulhu (RPG) and almost no description, and seems to be the only Cthulhu Nation monster mentioned at this time - this is likely a typo where "Chakota" was intended instead.
