The French title translates roughly as "Nyog'sothep or The Foul Mists" The title of the magazine translates as "Games and Strategy."
The name of the mythos creature in this game, Nyog'sothep, appears to be an amalgam of Nyarlathotep and Yog-Sothoth. The human villain, Professor S. Petersen, is likely named after Call of Cthulhu (RPG) designer Sandy Petersen.
