• Chaosium suggests for their RPG that the Million Favoured Ones are individual unique entities of a million races touched in some way by Nyarlathotep who may or may not be children, avatars, and/or cultists of Nyarlathotep, of varying descriptions and abilities; no stats or description are provided because they could be anything.
