Enchant is a class of individual spells that supernaturally modify specific types of items in particular ways, generally for assisting in the casting of other spells.

Enchant Item
Simply a broader category of enchant spells, most of which are described below.
Magic Weapon
Enchant Knife
An enchanted knife of elemental metal (gold, silver, iron) which increases the success chance for other spells, as well as becoming a weapon against Mythos entities that would otherwise be immune to mundane weapons.
Enchant Sacrificial Dagger
AKA "Dedicate Sacrficial Dagger", a flame-shaped dagger Enchanted with the blessing of Nyarlathotep which transfers power from sacrificial victims into another target, such as the dagger's owner, or Nyarlathotep.
Bless Blade
When used on a sharpened elemental iron or silver instrument like a sword, knife, or dagger, this spell creates a blade capable of damaging or killing entities that cannot be harmed by mundane weapons. Appears in:

Enchant Cane
Creates an artifact that drains power from the victim, and stores it as magical potential which the cane's user can draw upon.
Enchant Fetch Stick
AKA "Create Fetch Stick"; Human sacrifices are used to enchant a bamboo cane or staff with a sharpened iron point on one end, and its second victim's skull at the other; the Fetch Stick can harm ghosts, spirits, and do extra damage to the corporeal undead. (A Voodoo spell.)

Enchant Pipes
Augments the chance for success in casting particular spells. The spell enchants a metal wind instrument, such as a set of panpipes or a flute.

Enchant Whistle
An elemental metal (silver or iron) whistle which augments the caster's chance to Summon/Bind Byakhee.
Create Curse Whistle
Creates a magical whistle from owl bones which can be used to cast Soul Singing (spell) and Pipes of Madness (spell); the creator must be an Algonquin Indian shaman, and may be assisted by other Shamans.
Enchant Book
Aids in summoning]] star vampires by enchanting any book in which is inscribed the words of the spell Summon/Bind Star Vampire. The inscription's ink must contain the ichor of a star vampire.
Enchant Brazier
An empowered brazier which may assist in the performance of other spells, such as Call/Dismiss spells.

Enchant Candle
Creates a magical Candle with a variety of (loosely-defined) permanent effects, with examples that include gaining the undying love of someone, or improving a skill. (A Voodoo Spell.)
Enchant Gris-Gris
Enchants the contents of a small draw-string bag, which becomes a talisman with a variety of (vaguely-defined) possible benefits while the bag is worn; an example given is an improved skill. (A Voodoo Skill.)
Enchant Ju-Ju
Enchants a talisman which repels evil spirits, including Voodoo wizards (bokors). (A Voodoo Spell.)
Enchant Wanga
Curses a personal item belonging to a victim with bad luck or illness, which afflicts the victim when wearing the item; the item thus created is a wanga. (A Voodoo Spell.)
Enchant Doll
Creates a Voodoo Doll, which can be used to inflict injury onto the victim in whose likeness the doll is constructed, by directing attacks, such as sticking with pins, against the doll. (A Voodoo Spell.)
Enchant Bullet
Enchants a single bullet or other type of individual projectile (arrow, dart, spear, and the like, but not buckshot or birdshot), which can weaken a target when used.
