Arc of Vlactos

Description

A stone tablet inscribed with glyphs, measuring roughly one foot wide and two feet long and weighing about sixty pounds. The Arc is a sort of arcane focus used as a component in a master spell to promote the rising of R'lyeh.

The Arc was entrusted to the Hotethk Indians by Oliver Whateley in 1843, but Whateley, the Arc, and the Hotethk tribe disappeared shortly thereafter.
