Three Serpent Men sorcerers are crossing the Atlantic aboard the R.M.S. Adriatic and have decided to murder Joseph Taft, the nephew of former President William Taft. They plan to consume Joseph's likeness (as per the spell consume likeness) and use his persona to further their people's agenda.
