Description
A lengthy inscription made upon the walls of a subterranean temple in the ruins of the City of 'Ygiroth. This inscription contains a powerful spell which is said to make the caster the ruler of the Dreamlands, and possibly the Waking World. This is the only spell contained, and the details of the spell are left for the keeper to decide to best fit their campaign.
