The Dreamlands tome The 'Ygiroth Inscription is statted out in H.P. Lovecraft's Dreamlands, and originates in W.C. DeBill, Jr, "In 'Ygiroth (fiction)".

Description

A lengthy inscription made upon the walls of a subterranean temple in the ruins of 'Ygiroth. This inscription contains a powerful spell which is said to make the caster the ruler of the Dreamlands, and possibly the Waking World, but at a terrible cost.
