The Tuscan Rituals are statted up in Call of Cthulhu 7th Edition Rulebook, and created by Brian Lumley in his short story "What Dark God?" from his vampire tale anthology A Coven of Vampires.

Description

As the title hints, the Tuscan Rituals is a book of rituals originating in Dark Ages Tuscany, relating to the cult of Summanus.
