Mythos-Themed: These are lists of miniatures games and game expansions featuring the Cthulhu Mythos. These lists do not include miniatures games that contain a mention of the Cthulhu Mythos but are not generally Mythos-themed. (Yes, Illuminati has "The Servants of Cthulhu." No, that doesn't make it a Mythos-themed game.)

Print-and-Play: Print-and-play games are typically board games that are only produced in an electronic format (usually PDFs) and distributed to players, who then use their own resources to print the files and create a physical copy of the game, as well as providing their own dice, tokens, and other supplies.

The print-and-play format is sometimes used to playtest games, so published games may have playtest copies floating around in a print-and-play format. They are not listed here.

Not to be confused with Print-on-Demand Games.
