Summary
Deep in the corners of letters, the Hounds of Tindalos wait for the unsuspecting in Unspeakable Words, a devious word game that will eat at your sanity!
Use your hand of cards to form words to score, based on the number of angles in the word. Be careful, because every misstep could cost you, since you must test the strength of your mind against each word's point value.
Succeed, and you're safe, for now… Fail, however, and you take one step closer to madness. Can you keep your sanity long enough to win this horrifically fun word game?

The box refers to it as the Call of Cthulhu word game.
If a player has two copies of the game, the decks and Cthulhu pawns can be combined to double the maximum number of players (six more players.) The "Mini Mythos" add-on also adds six more players, but without the advantage of additional cards.
This edition has purple Cthulhu pawns. The "Mini Mythos" add-on has black Cthulhu pawns.
