Cthulhu Dark Ages (2004)
It looks like many of the scenarios have "red links" for monsters, tomes, cults, and organizations, some of which are unique to those scenarios (or their authors' other works). I may try to fill some of those red links, but feel free to add them yourself if you get to them first.
