Keeper Comments
There may be a lot of "analysis paralysis" by the players before they make the trip to R'lyeh. If they fail their Cthulhu Mythos and Idea rolls, they will be literally "lost at sea". Consider introducing a friendly NPC like Professor Methridge (from The Watchers of Easter Island) to help them .
