Summary
A film producer returns to her native Russia to find her birth parents. She quickly learns they are dead, and she has inherited their long-empty farmhouse. At the farm, she meets a man who claims to be her twin brother. Events take a terrifying turn when the two spot a pair of ghastly doppelgangers and the house itself seems to propel them toward a fate they should have met 40 years earlier.

Not exactly a "Lovecraftian" film in the sense of being based on any of Lovecraft's work or containing references to his creations, though some viewers may find the location and atmosphere suggestive of Lovecraft's work (an "Eldritch Location" film). Arguably, there's a hint of "The Outsider" there, and the time-traveling zombie thing might suggest enough sci-fi/horror blend to satisfy some "Lovecraftian" criteria, though I think that's kind of stretching it. On the other hand, the abandoned farmhouse location, at least, is bizarre and fairly creepy....

- I'm not sure it's worth the trouble of viewing the film and then trying to convert it to a Call of Cthulhu scenario, but a group of investigators being sent to explore a creepy farmhouse in the middle of a European wasteland to find out what happened to an American woman who vanished while trying to claim her inheritance and learn more about her mysterious past might provide some sort of plot hook....
