Comments

First and only supplement to feature H.P. Lovecraft as a character (although he is not home when the investigators visit him).

Updated and expanded on the 1984 original with new encounters and expanded historical and background material.

The cover illustration by Tom Sullivan originally appeared as a colour plate inside the Fourth Edition of the Call of Cthulhu rulebook. It was originally commissioned as the cover painting for the "Great Old Ones" supplement. It depicted a scene from a scenario which Sandy Petersen was going to write for the GOO book, but was never completed.
