The tome Texts of Mloeng is statted out in the Call of Cthulhu 7th Edition Rulebook, and originates in W.C. DeBill, jr.'s "Predator (fiction)".

An "incredibly ancient" tome containing chants in an obscure Mongolian(?) dialect, apparently dedicated to worship of Yidhra.
