Below are all known scenarios published for the Call of Cthulhu roleplaying game (or クトゥルフの呼び声,クトゥルフ神話TRPG,新クトゥルフ神話TRPG) in the Japanese language. Scenarios labeled "Creation" (rather than "Translation") first appeared in Japanese-language sources and may not have equivalents in English-language supplements.
Editors should add any overlooked scenarios. In addition, the scenarios published in the following supplements need to be added:
