Summary
When examining the notes of the late Professor Lester-Smith (See: Curse of the Centuries for details.), it is found that he may have located a lost Pharonic era tomb, but as it is located outside the borders of Egypt, the utmost secrecy is needed. So the Investigators are hired to locate the tomb and recover it's contents, for science of course...

Synopsis

When examining the notes of the late Professor Lester-Smith (See: the scenario Curse of the Centuries for details.), it is found that he may have located a lost Pharonic era tomb, but as it is located outside the borders of Egypt, the utmost secrecy is needed. So the Investigators are hired to locate the tomb and recover it's contents, for science of course...
After a harrowing journey the Investigators will reach the tomb, inside they will face many dangers only to find that the tomb is as much a trap intended one specific character, the one given the 'Key to life', an Ankh needed to penetrate the tomb safely. Once in the presence of the sorcerer buried in the tomb that character will be possessed by the mind of the sorcerer and their mind cast into the sorcerers mummified body.

The Oasis the PCs journey to is based very loosely on the story of Zerzura, a mythical oasis said to lie in the Western Deserts of Egypt.
