Yog-Sothoth.com has been running in one form or another since 1998. For a long time it ticked along with the traditional 'blackground' style beloved of so many HPL inspired sites. Taken from the name of a Lovecraftian Outer God (Yog-Sothoth) Yog-sothoth.com is a web site dedicated to Chaosium's game Call of Cthulhu: roleplaying in the worlds of H.P. Lovecraft.
Yog-Sothoth.com has been running in one form or another since 1998. For a long time it ticked along with the traditional 'blackground' style beloved of so many HPL inspired sites. This changed in 2001 and Yog-Sothoth.com was re-launched with a rather vibrant green theme on 13th November 2001, the 20th anniversary of the game.
2002 saw the movement over to an Open Source Content Management System and the current version of YSDC...
The site is run and maintained by a number of Yog-Sothoth.com Staff and contributors who are all volunteers.
The site is owned by Paul Maclean, sometimes known as Paul of Cthulhu.
