A private research organization devoted to studying and collecting Mythos menaces.
Founded in 1920 by an American war veteran named Randolph Pierce. Located on the outskirts of Arkham, Mass., the Foundation can assist investigators in their "pursuit of Cthuloid menaces" as a training, equipment, and information resource. Additionally, they can be a source of allies or replacement investigators.
The Foundation works for organizations and individuals on a “per-hire” basis. The Foundation works closely with Miskatonic University but also has an extensive network of research sources, contacts, and safe houses across the United States.

Included in this issue is the adventure Blood on the Tracks, which may be used to introduce players to the Foundation.
