The Great Old One Yidhra originated in W.C. DeBill, "Predator (fiction)"
In the Mythos
A hundred April winds disperse her fragrance,
A thousand wet Octobers scour her footprints,
The ruthless years assail the ancient memory of her presence, yet
Where Yidhra walks the hills do not forget.
— W.C. DeBill, "Where Yidhra Walks (fiction)"
Yidhra is an Outer God who is worshipped as a beautiful, awesome and terrible earth-mother, somewhat octopoid or serpent-like in form. She has many avatar forms including Yolanda and Madam Yi, is capable of absorbing other lifeforms and taking from them their evolutionary advantages and memories, has telepathic powers which gives her a link to her servitors, and can project illusions. She is the mother of Ayi'ig.
Cult
Yidhra's servitors are "the Lurkers in the desert," Xothra and Y'hath ("The Ravenous" and "The Hiden Devourer"), and "the Children of Yidhra" (Human Cultists).
Ayi'ig
Ayi'ig is the daughter of the Great Old One Yig and the Outer Goddess Yidhra, appearing as an octopus-like monstrosity with serpentine eyes and detachable tentacles that move independently. She lives in a deep canyon somewhere in Texas, within a cavern.

Madam Yi
One of her avatars is Madam Yi, in which she appears as a beautiful human Asian female, dressed in billowing red, white, and black robes. This avatar has a delicate painted face that looks like that of a porcelain doll and possesses razor-like long fingernails. China is where this avatar appears, where it mates with and kills the young men provided to her by female led and dominated cults. The mating produces monstrous or deformed offspring, most of which are reabsorbed by her.
Xothra and Y'hath
Xothra and Y'hath are alien servitors of Yidhra, also called "The Handmaidens of Yidhra" and "The Lurkers in the Desert"; they are similar to Yidhra though weaker.
