Othuyeg (AKA: "The Doom-Walker") is from Crispin Burnham's "The Seven Cities of Gold (fiction)".
In the Mythos
The gray stone statue was as large as my palm and looked like a mass of tentacles surrounding a single cyclopean eye.

Othuyeg, the Doom-Walker, dwells with its spawn somewhere beneath the mid-western United States in the fabled Seven Cities of Gold. It is described in the obscure Black Book of the Skull as a dark-white mass of squirming white tentacles surrounding a single peering eye.
