Origin:  Greys have their origin in UFO Folklore beginning in the mid-20th century with the Betty and Barney Hill alien abduction case perhaps being their first well-known appearance, although they bear more general similarities to stories about Faeries, Succubi, Old Hags, Demonic Oppression, Hauntings, and many other supernatural or quasi-supernatural night disturbances dating back to the dawn of human history.
