Frank Heller was editor-in-chief of the German Call of Cthulhu products published by Pegasus Press between September 2002 and December 2011. He started writing scenarios and other texts in 1999. Althoug he resigned as editor-in-chief he continues to be member of the Pegasus team as of today.
He created and supervised a regular German Cthulhu magazine, the Cthuloide Welten.
Frank Heller is the author of the following scenarios:
- Brood of the Beetle, originally Kinder des Käfers.
- Das Geheimnis des Schwarzwaldhofs, together with Stefan Franck.
- Der Fluch des Rattenwesens
- The Golden Scorpion, originally Der Goldene Skorpion
