Servitors of the Outer Gods were inspired by H.P. Lovecraft's occasional references to piping, madly-dancing attendants to Nyarlathotep and Azathoth, such as in 1923's "The Rats in the Walls (fiction)", further detailed by August Derleth in "The Lurker at the Threshold (fiction)".
Description
