The Key and the Gate is a Mythos tome appearing in the Call of Cthulhu scenario Mr. Corbitt from Mansions of Madness (Supplement).

Information about Yog-Sothoth and his manifestation as the multi-limbed demon Ramasekva, who splits worlds apart and devours the survivors. It contains the spell Call/Dismiss Ramasekva; casting this peculiar version of the Call/Dismiss Yog-Sothoth spell does not involve building a stone tower, but does require the use of a drug synthesized from an alien plant.
