Frank Heller was editor-in-chief of the German Call of Cthulhu products published by Pegasus Press between September 2002 and December 2011. He started writing scenarios and other texts in 1999. Although he resigned as editor-in-chief he continues to be member of the Pegasus team as of today.
He created and supervised a regular German Cthulhu magazine, the Cthuloide Welten.
