A fan of Call of Cthulhu and Lovecraft in general since the late 80s, Marcus is best known for his work as a Founding Editor of the Origins nominated DEMONGROUND gaming zine and the short lived The Unbound Book (A fanzine of 1920s Call of Cthulhu Scenarios).

In 2010, Marcus revived Unbound Publishing as a way of releasing lovecraftian horror material, and produced Monophobia - a collection of Call of Cthulhu scenarios for a lone investigator - available for download.
