The Watchers AKA Hell Leeches are from Mark Eley's “Watcher in the Bayou”.
Description
A Watcher is a giant leech-like creature with three tentacles below its mouth. Watchers are employed by Great Old Ones to guard important locations from the lakes and streams where they dwell.
