Originally, a supplement with the same name was planned to be released by Hobby Japan in the 1990s. The version that Hobby Japan planned to release was planned as the "Tokyo" of the "Mask of Nyarlathotep". In the end, however, that did not happen, and it became a comprehensive supplement supporting the 1920s in Japan. However, there is some foreshadowing of the relationship between Isoge and the cult of Shudde-M'ell.
