In confronting the kite and Louis Lonsdale, some of the investigators become marked by the Seal of the Dragon, placing them in jeopardy of falling under Sayk Fong Lee's control unless they can stop him from gaining access to a Supreme Tattoo that will make him the Ransomer of Divine Right.
