Synopsis

Chicago lawyer, Frank Hardy, representing one Stephen Babson, asks the investigators to inspect his client's recently inherited mansion. Rumour has it that the mansion is haunted, so real estate agents refuse to inspect it. Though Babson's great-uncle, Ephraim, did dabble in the occult, the mansion is not actually haunted. It is simply being used as a drop-off for a rum-running operation.
