Synopsis
The surgeon in charge of the hospital, Dr. Tenaka, is a cultist. He has removed and replaced the organs of his patients.
Assisting Dr. Tenaka is a group of Tcho-Tchos. They have a lair underneath the hospital.
If the Tcho-Tchos notice that the Investigators have left their recovery room, they will follow the orders of Dr. Tenaka to capture them. However, if one of the Tcho-Tchos is killed, the others will summon a Star Vampire to hunt down and kill the Investigators.
