Most of the stories are crime/mystery/thriller type stories of murder, scheming, crime, and revenge with darkly comedic plot twists at the end, with the occasional story about clones or androids, and one or two supernatural horror/fantasy stories, so the two programs as a whole (particularly ''Twisted Tales'') is not "Lovecraftian", but one episode of the spin-off series has a sort of "Lovecraftian" reference in the form of "Arkham Curios & Wonders", a shop which sells magical/cursed gimmicks in comic book advertisements, which produce results that would fit right into any humorous "Lovecraftian" horror story. <br />

** "Arkham's Curios and Wonders" (2005) - Granddad is slowly dying and refuses to recognise his daughter. However, he gets on well with his grandson who seems to have suddenly obtained strange powers and doesn't want him to die. <br />
** "A Date With Doctor D" (2005) – Rolly Schwartz thinks it's just another average morning until he discovers the nightmare lurking in his bedroom closet. His associate doesn't make anything easier.<br />
** "Saviour" (2005) – A woman whose daughter is ageing rapidly due to a rare disease devotes her whole life to finding a cure. She may have found one in the blood of a mysterious prisoner, but when she applies the cure to her daughter things start to go wrong...<br />
