In fact, the Europeans were attacked by [[Fire Vampires]] summoned by the sorcerer Kasim ben Harb. He wants to free Morocco from European invaders using ''The Tablets of Ur-Nansha'' to summon [[Cthugha]] over Rabat, destroying the city and its inhabitants. Investigators must hinder Kasim's plans before he manage to collect all the Tablet's missing shards.

There's only undeveloped suggestions on how PCs get involved, no set method on how to thwart Kasim's plans and only a few NPCs and encounters are described.
