= RANDOLPH PIERCE FOUNDATION =
A private research organization devoted to studying and collecting Mythos menaces.

Founded in 1920 by an American war veteran named Randolph Pierce. Located on the outskirts of Arkham, Mass., the Foundation can assist investigators in their "pursuit of Cthuloid menaces" as a training, equipment, and information resource. Additionally, they can be a source of allies or replacement investigators.

The Foundation works for organizations and individuals on a “per-hire” basis. The Foundation works closely with Miskatonic University but also has an extensive network of research sources, contacts, and safe houses across the United States.

The Foundation is opposed by or at least competes with a secret occult organization called The Last Dawn.

The description of the Foundation in Unspeakable Oath Issue 6 includes biographies of several members. The headquarters, a mansion just outside of Arkham, Massachusetts, is presented with a complete floor plan of the main building, entries for out buildings, and some interesting adventure hooks.

Included in this issue is the adventure Blood on the Tracks, which may be used to introduce players to the Foundation.
