This proved to be a French [http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Pangram Pangram]; 'Portez ce vieux whisky au juge blond qui fume', which translates as 'Go take this old whisky to the blond judge who smokes'.

It is unclear whether this is simply to demonstrate all of the Enochian letters or has some deeper significance. It is odd that a French pangram was used instead of the more traditional 'Quick Brown Fox' which would seem more appropriate for an Englishman. As yet the phrase in either English or French has not been linked to anything.
