"There's no turning back. When there is no enemy within, the enemies outside cannot hurt you." Soldiers are forced to hide inside an abandoned tank when they come under attack from an unseen enemy. As the forces outside begin to close in, the men realize that the real enemy is already among them.

A standard-issue surreal war/horror film, of the sort that I've been categorizing as "Eldritch Location"... some weird monsters appear in a vision or two, and a lot of nightmare-like surreal imagery is used, but in the end this isn't very "Lovecraftian".

A group of mercenaries seem to be escorting a pair of POWs out of a war zone for interrogation, but are actually part of a test for an experimental mind-altering drug; hallucinatory figures chase the team into hiding in an APC (the "Bulldog" or "Tank" of the film's titles), and in the claustrophobic confines of the vehicle their hallucinations only get worse; how much of the bizarre things they see is reality, and how much hallucination?
