Despite the warnings of his neighbour, Harsen travelled into Innsmouth one night and accidentally runs over a hybrid child. Convinced that the people of Innsmouth are plotting revenge, and too scared to leave his house, he calls on the investigators to aid in his escape. However, the morning after their arrival, Harsen is murdered.
