'''Frank Heller''' was editor-in-chief of the German ''Call of Cthulhu'' products published by [[Pegasus Press]] between September 2002 and December 2011. He started writing scenarios and other texts in 1999. Althoug he resigned as editor-in-chief he continues to be member of the Pegasus team as of today.

He created and supervised a regular German Cthulhu magazine, the [[Cthuloide Welten]].
