			Desh are extradimensional entities, well known in [[Hyperborea]] and documented in ancient Hyperborean tomes, which are made of a semi-transparent form of matter and which normally inhabit the empty spaces just beyond this world until summoned by wizards to do their bidding. Desh travel oddly through time and space, seemingly slow-moving but at the same time able to cross immense distances in an instant; they are also fragile and short-lived on this plane, deteriorating within a few days of their summoning and dying, leaving behind parts of their corpses for puzzled experts to be mystified by.
