The Tcho-Tcho Faction makes it possible to play ''Cthulhu Wars'' with eight players. Even though a "6 to 8 Player Map" expansion was available in the first ''Cthulhu Wars'' Kickstarter campaign, there were only seven possible factions, restricting the maximum number of players to seven.
