HOLLOW WINDS, the second book in the NOCTURNUM camapaign, contains an in-depth examination of this inhuman threat and its apocalyptic plans for the Earth. It picks up where LONG SHADES left off, and plunges the players into a macabre network of dark schemes. 

HOLLOW WINDS is a postmodern campaign source book for the Call of Cthulhu roleplaying game. The background and adventures are easily adaptable to many other horror systems.

This adventure was translated into German and published by Pegasus Spiele

All three chapters of the Nocturnum campaign were later reprinted in a collection edition as [[Nocturnum: Master Collection]] and later still converted to ''Call of Cthulhu d20'' rules and reprinted in compendium form as [[Nocturnum d20]]

When the d20 edition was published, one chapter from this volume (Flight 714) was omitted due to post-9/11 sensitivities
