Former thief Cade Foster, believed insane and wanted for murdering his family, discovers a vast conspiracy about aliens planning to take over Earth. Armed with a tome containing the ''Lost Quatrains of Nostradamus'', Foster must avoid detection from the aliens while trying to expose the plan.
