There seems to have been a cult of Zhar and Lloigornos in what is China today, being entombed in a dead (and likely prehistoric or even pre-human) city in the Plateau of Sung/Tsang, maintained in rudimentary form by the [[Tcho-Tcho]]s, who seem to have preserved and enhanced all of the most unsavory and nightmarish elements of the original cult.

A cult dedicated to these entities, called the [[Brotherhood of the Star-Treader]], was active in Toronto, Ontario Canada, apparently inspired by a Bowdlerized and expurgated version of the Tcho-Tcho cult.
